If you disregard these terms of use, Creative Furniture has the right to stop you from using the website, prevent you from doing so in the future, and/or pursue legal action.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of this website.
Creative Furniture reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated terms will become effective once published on the website. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Creative Furniture's country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The website is operated and managed under UAE jurisdiction.
If you access the website from outside the UAE, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable in your location.
2. BROWSING THE WEBSITE
The content available on this website, including product images, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, designs, colours, finishes, graphics, and other information, is provided for general information and purchasing purposes.
Creative Furniture makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate. However, slight variations may occur between the appearance of a product on screen and the physical product, particularly with respect to fabric colours, wood finishes, grain patterns, textures, and other material characteristics.
Display resolution and lighting may affect how colours and finishes appear on different devices.
Creative Furniture reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove website content, products, specifications, prices, and availability without prior notice.
3. SALES TERMS
Creative Furniture offers furniture products that may be available in standard or customized specifications.
Customers may be able to select dimensions, materials, finishes, colours, hardware, and other available options depending on the product.
For customized orders, Creative Furniture will provide a Design + Material Approval Email containing relevant 2D drawings, materials, and hardware photographs for customer confirmation.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the information provided in the Design + Material Approval Email and confirming that the drawings, dimensions, materials, and hardware accurately represent their requirements.
Production will not proceed without the required formal approval from the customer.
4. BILLING REGULATIONS
Payments made through different payment methods may require different processing times before the payment is reflected in Creative Furniture's account.
The existing Creative Furniture terms state the following approximate payment reflection periods:
- Bank Transfer: 1–2 working days
- Credit Card: 2–3 working days
- Debit Card: 1–2 working days
- Post Pay: 1–2 working days
An order will be confirmed once the payment has been reflected in Creative Furniture's account.
If there is a pricing issue that prevents an order from being processed, Creative Furniture will notify the customer accordingly.
Customers must ensure that the email address and contact number provided during the order process are active and accessible for order and design-related communication. Any changes to these details should be communicated to Creative Furniture through the official email address with the relevant order information.
5. TIMELINES, PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
Once payment has been reflected in Creative Furniture's account, a Design + Material Approval Email, including 2D drawings, materials, and hardware photographs, will generally be provided within 2–3 working days.
Customers must wait for this communication at the email address used to place the order.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the drawings, materials, and hardware before production begins.
The standard production lead time is generally 10–14 working days, depending on the design and product requirements. Government holidays are not included in the production lead time.
6. MATERIAL & HARDWARE GUIDELINES
If the requested material is available, Creative Furniture will proceed with the selected material. If the requested material is unavailable, the team may suggest the closest available alternative for customer approval.
Hardware used in a product is subject to availability.
Before production begins, the customer must officially approve the 2D drawings, materials, and hardware photographs through the required email confirmation.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the approved 2D drawings accurately represent their requirements.
Material Dissimilarities
Creative Furniture uses commercially available materials including:
- Solid Pre-Laminate
- Wooden Pre-Laminate
- Wooden Veneer Finish
- PU Paint Finish
- Solid Wood Finish
- PU Leather Upholstery
- Velvet Upholstery
- Linen Upholstery
Natural and manufactured materials may have variations in grain patterns, markings, texture, oxidation, mineral stains, surface characteristics, natural knots, and line patterns.
These characteristics may vary from one piece to another, even when the same material has been selected. Such variations are considered characteristics of the material.
7. RULES FOR MODIFICATIONS & CHANGES
Before the customer provides formal approval, changes to the product's 2D drawings, materials, and hardware may be requested within the applicable dimensions and available material range.
Once formal approval has been provided, any subsequent modification will be subject to Creative Furniture's production status and applicable additional charges.
The existing terms state that modification requests after confirmation may involve an additional variation fee, depending on the progress of production.
Reducing the size, material, or hardware after confirmation does not necessarily result in a reduction in the product price.
Any changes may also affect the original production timeline.
No production will proceed without the required formal customer confirmation.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY REGULATIONS
Delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Orders above AED 1,500 qualify for free delivery and installation.
Products will not be released for delivery until 100% payment has been received.
Delivery Period
The standard delivery period is generally 10–14 working days after the required Design + Material Approval confirmation.
Express delivery of approximately 5–7 working days may be available for selected orders at an additional charge.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Important Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Complete written delivery address
- Location pin
- Delivery contact person's details
- Required entrance or gate pass
- Service lift access where applicable
- Installation approval from building or property management, where required
A signature is required when the order is received.
The estimated delivery period begins after the required Design + Material Approval confirmation.
Rescheduling Delivery
If an order that is already out for delivery needs to be rescheduled, additional charges may apply.
Delivery and installation charges may also apply when delivery cannot be completed because of customer unavailability, access restrictions, missing gate passes, site-related issues, or unforeseen installation requirements.
Each order can be delivered to one UAE address. Separate orders may be required for different delivery addresses.
Additional delivery charges may apply to remote locations.
Non-Delivered Items
If a customer refuses or is unable to accept delivery on the scheduled date, storage or rescheduling charges may apply.
The existing Creative Furniture terms state that products may be stored at the warehouse for up to 15 days without storage charges. After this period, a monthly storage fee of 15% of the total order value may apply.
A maximum storage charge of AED 450 per day may apply when a customer refuses to accept delivery on a scheduled delivery date.
Creative Furniture is not responsible for damage or defects caused by the customer's failure to accept or properly receive the products.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation if they decide not to proceed with their purchase.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order.
For an order to qualify for a full refund, cancellation must be requested before the Design + Material Approval Email has been received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The cancellation email should include the order number and payment receipt.
Products ordered online: 10% of the total order value may be deducted when an order is cancelled before the Design + Material Approval Email confirmation.
Products created to order: A 5% service fee may apply after payment has been received. If the Design + Material Approval Email has already been sent before the cancellation request, 10% of service costs may be deducted as stated in the existing terms.
Once the customer has confirmed the materials/drawings and the order has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
10. RETURN / PURCHASE POLICY
All Creative Furniture products are custom-made according to the customer's approved specifications. Therefore, returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit notes are not accepted once the order has been approved and production has commenced.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the Design + Material Approval, including dimensions, materials, finishes, colours, hardware, and other specifications before production begins.
If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or does not match the approved specifications, customers should contact Creative Furniture promptly. Our team will assess the concern and arrange the appropriate corrective action where applicable.
11. WARRANTY TERMS
Creative Furniture products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Small cuts or scratches
- Damage caused during cleaning
- Incorrect installation or assembly by the customer
- Cracks caused during moving or relocation
- Direct exposure to sunlight
- Continued exposure to water resulting in wood deterioration
- Harsh chemicals or unsuitable cleaning procedures
- Customer modifications or alterations
